A long time ago, Jesus was teaching lots of people.
Mommies and daddies wanted to bring their children to see Jesus.
But some of the helpers said, "No! Don’t bother Jesus with children."

But guess what? Jesus didn’t say no!
Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me!"

Jesus picked them up, hugged them, and blessed them.
He loved them so much!

And guess what?
Jesus loves YOU too!
No matter if you’re big or small, happy or sad — Jesus loves you and wants to be your friend forever!

Activity: "Jesus Loves Me Hug Game"

How to Play:

Sit in a circle.
Pass a soft toy (like a stuffed heart or lamb) around the circle.
When music stops, whoever has the toy says: "Jesus loves me!"
Give themselves a big hug!
Keep playing and reminding kids that Jesus loves them!

Craft: "Jesus Loves Me Heart Craft"

Supplies:

Paper hearts (cut out).
Crayons, markers.
Stickers (optional).
String or ribbon (optional, for hanging).

Instructions:

Color and decorate the heart.
Write (or help them write): "Jesus loves me!"
Optional: Attach a ribbon to hang it up.
Talk about how Jesus loves all the children!
