š Toddler-Friendly Story:
āThe Mouse Who Used Macaroni to Serve Jesusā
Milo the Mouse was very small.
He didnāt have much. Just a tiny home under the pantry and a little cupboard filled with crumbs and noodles.
But Milo had a big heart.
One day, he heard that his neighbor, Mrs. Squirrel, was having a bad day.
Her tail got caught in a thistle bush.
She dropped her acorn cake.
Her oven broke.
She was tired, grumpy, and hungry.
Milo wanted to help. But what could a little mouse do?
He looked in his cupboard:
3 elbow noodles
1 cheese crumb
1 sprinkle of salt
And a LOT of love.
āIāll make macaroni for Mrs. Squirrel,ā he squeaked, āand Iāll do it in the name of Jesus!ā
He stirred it in a bottle cap pan, humming a happy worship tune.
He cooked it over a tiny tea light and made it look as nice as he could.
Then he placed it on a walnut shell plate with a note that said:
āMade with love, because Jesus loves you.ā
When Mrs. Squirrel found it, she cried happy tears.
āThis is the best macaroni Iāve ever had,ā she said. āIt tastes like kindness!ā
Milo smiled and whispered,
āWhatever I do⦠I do it for Jesus.ā
And from that day on, Milo used everything he hadābig or smallāto serve others for the One who made him.
The End.
