📘 Toddler-Friendly Bible Story: Ralphie’s Christmas Stocking
Little Ralphie Mouse was so happy.
He wanted to make his very own Christmas stocking.
“Mommy? Daddy? Can you help me?” Ralphie asked.
Mommy Mouse smiled.
Daddy Mouse nodded.
“Yes, Ralphie. We can help.”
They all sat at the table together.
Mommy gave Ralphie soft, red cloth.
Daddy gave him little shiny pieces.
“Pretty,” Ralphie whispered with a giggle.
Ralphie used sticky glue.
He put on tiny fluffy bits.
He sprinkled shiny sparkles everywhere —
on the stocking…
on the table…
and all over himself!
Mommy laughed.
Daddy laughed.
Ralphie laughed too.
“I’m sparkly!” he said.
Soon the stocking was finished.
It was bright.
It was sparkly.
It looked happy.
Ralphie held it close.
“I made this with love,” he said softly.
Mommy Mouse hugged him.
“When we do things with love, Ralphie…
we show God’s love to others.”
Daddy Mouse hugged him too.
“God loves you so much, Ralphie.”
Ralphie felt warm inside.
Like a little light was shining in his heart.
He hung his stocking by the fire.
He smiled a big mouse smile.
“I can show God’s love,” Ralphie said.
And he really could.
The End.

🧠 What We’re Learning
In this lesson, children learn that God loves us very much and we can show His love through the things we do. Just like Ralphie made his stocking with love, we can help, share, and be kind with our hands. Toddlers discover that their small acts of love matter to God and make Him happy.
🪞 Teacher Reflection
Ralphie’s story reminds us that preschoolers understand God’s love best through simple, everyday actions. When children create, help, and give with joy, they are practicing the heart of Jesus’ love. As you guide your class, look for moments to affirm even the smallest acts of kindness. These tiny seeds of love help grow a warm and faith-filled classroom.
📬 Take-Home Note for Parents
