Story: "Daniel and the Lions" (Toddler Version)
Daniel loved God and prayed to Him every day. He always did what was right. But some people didn’t like that, so they made a rule that no one could pray to God—only to the king!
Daniel loved God and kept praying anyway! The king’s helpers saw him and told the king. The king liked Daniel but had to follow the law. So he had Daniel thrown into a den of hungry lions!
But guess what? God sent an angel to shut the lions’ mouths!
The next morning, the king ran to the lions’ den and called out, "Daniel, are you okay?"
Daniel said, "Yes! God kept me safe!"
The king was so happy that Daniel was safe! He told everyone that Daniel’s God is the one true God!

Dear God,
Thank You for loving me.
Thank You for keeping me safe.
Help me to always trust You.
Amen.
