The Chocolate Bunny Who Took a Bubble Bath

The Chocolate Bunny Who Took a Bubble Bath

A Silly Easter Story with Crafts, Games, and Sweet, Sudsy Fun!

Story: "The Chocolate Bunny Who Took a Bubble Bath!"

Bubbles the Chocolate Bunny was one of the shiniest, happiest chocolate bunnies in the Easter basket. He had a swirly candy bowtie and sparkly sugar eyes (just one white dot each, of course!).

But after hopping around the house all day delivering tiny jellybeans to his friends, Bubbles was tired.
"I need a break," he said. "Maybe... a bubble bath!"

He wandered into the kitchen, saw the sink full of warm bubbly water, and smiled.
“A hot tub! Just what I need!”

Without thinking twice, Bubbles climbed onto a spoon, slid down a dish towel ramp, and plopped right into the bubbles.

At first, it was amazing. Warm. Bubbly. Relaxing.
Then he noticed… he was getting a little soft.
“Uh oh…” Bubbles whispered. “This hot tub is a little too hot.”

Suddenly, a big fluffy marshmallow lifeguard bounced onto the edge of the sink.
“Don’t worry, I got you!” it said.

With a heroic SPLASH, the marshmallow flopped into the water and floated Bubbles back to safety.

Bubbles sat on a sponge, slightly gooey but giggling.

“Note to self,” he said. “Chocolate bunnies don’t belong in bubble baths!”

The End.

Song: "No More Baths for Bunnies!" (Tune: “Row, Row, Row Your Boat”)

Hop, hop, hop away,
To the kitchen sink,
Dip into a bubble bath,
And melt before you blink!

Splash, splash, marshmallow,
Floating in the foam,
Scoop up Bubbles, dry him off,
And bring that bunny home!
