📚 Toddler Story: The Cornucopia of Thanks
(Read with a gentle storyteller voice)
In a little farmhouse surrounded by golden fields, there lived a happy farmer named Roger. 🌾
Every morning, Farmer Roger would look out at his garden and smile. His apples were shiny and red, the pumpkins were big and orange, and the corn stood tall and yellow in the sun.
One day, he found a big, empty basket shaped like a horn. “This will be my cornucopia,” he said. “I’ll fill it with things that remind me how good God is!”
He picked an apple and said, “Thank You, God, for food.” 🍎
He picked a pumpkin and said, “Thank You, God, for my home.” 🎃
He picked a bunch of grapes and said, “Thank You, God, for my friends.” 🍇
And he placed a golden ear of corn inside and said, “Thank You, God, for always giving me everything I need.” 🌽
When the basket was full, Farmer Roger didn’t keep it for himself.
He took it to his neighbors and said, “Here’s a basket of thanks to remind us all that God provides!”
Everyone smiled, and they all said together,
“Thank You, God, for good food and Your blessings!” 💛
That night, Farmer Roger looked at his empty fields and whispered,
“My basket may be empty, but my heart is full — because God gives me everything I need.” 🌾
The End.
