📖 TODDLER-FRIENDLY STORY:
There once was a very big stone that sat in front of a very special tomb.
It was quiet. Still. Heavy.
Inside the tomb, Jesus had been laid after He died on the cross.
But guess what?
Jesus didn’t stay there!
Early in the morning, something amazing happened…
The earth rumbled... the ground shook... and that big stone began to roll!
Rrrrrrolllll… Rrrrrrolllll…
The stone rolled away!
When the women came to the tomb, they saw the stone was gone!
And an angel said,
“He is not here. He is risen!”
Jesus wasn’t in the tomb — He was ALIVE!
He had done exactly what He promised.
The stone didn’t stop Him.
The tomb couldn’t hold Him.
Jesus came back to life!
And now we can celebrate that He lives forever!
