Story: "The Cow Who Forgot to Say Thank You — A Lesson on Thankfulness to God"
Once there was a happy cow named Clover.
Clover had green grass to eat, fresh water to drink, and a nice warm barn to sleep in.
Every day, Clover would say,
"Moo! Look at all the yummy grass!"
But do you know what Clover forgot to say?
She forgot to say "Thank You, God!"
One day, Clover's friend Sheepy the Sheep came over and said,
"Clover, did you thank God for the grass?"
Clover blinked and said,
"No... I forgot."
Later, when it rained and made a little puddle, Clover drank the cool water.
"Moo! This water is good!"
But again, she forgot to say,
"Thank You, God!"
Sheepy said,
"Clover, we should always thank God for His gifts!"
That night, as Clover snuggled into her cozy barn, she thought,
"God gave me food, water, and a home. I should say thank You!"
So Clover looked up to the sky and said,
"Thank You, God, for loving me and giving me everything I need."
From that day on, Clover remembered to say "Thank You, God!" every day — for the grass, for the water, and for her warm barn.
