Post 32: “You Are Not Your Lowest Moment”
We all have them.
The moment we wish we could erase.
The words we wish we could take back.
The day we completely broke down.
The decision we regret.
The failure that still whispers, “This is who you are.”
But here’s the truth:
you are not your lowest moment.
You are not the worst thing you’ve ever done.
You are not the harshest words ever spoken to you.
You are not the failure, the fallout, the shame, or the memory that haunts you.
You are more.
You are every step you’ve taken since then.
You are every bit of growth that came out of the pain.
You are every small act of courage you didn’t think you had.
You are every time you chose to get back up.
Your lowest moment might be part of your story — but it is not your identity.
Yes, it shaped you.
Yes, it hurt.
Yes, it left a mark.
But you are still becoming.
And becoming means you don’t have to stay where you fell.
So if today you’re carrying the weight of a past mistake or a moment that broke you, let this be your reminder:
💛 You are not your lowest moment.
💛 You are not too far gone.
💛 You are not defined by yesterday.
You are here.
You are healing.
You are growing.
And your story is still being written.
