Post 34: “The Strength It Took Just to Show Up”

There are days when getting out of bed feels like climbing a mountain.
When putting one foot in front of the other feels like a victory.
When the world asks more of you than you feel you have to give.

And yet — here you are.

You showed up.
Maybe tired.
Maybe heavy.
Maybe not with a smile, not with perfect energy, not with everything figured out… but still, you showed up.

That matters.
That’s strength.
That’s courage in its truest form.

The world often celebrates the loud wins, the big accomplishments, the visible success.
But sometimes the greatest victory is the quiet choice to keep going when no one would blame you for giving up.

So if today you’re sitting here thinking you’re weak — I want you to hear this:
It took strength just to get here.

It took strength to fight the battles no one else sees.
It took strength to keep showing up to a life that feels heavy.
It took strength to breathe, to move, to keep walking when your heart whispered, “Stay down.”

You may not feel strong.
But strength isn’t about feeling it.
It’s about living it — one small, brave act at a time.

And you, my friend, are stronger than you think. 💛
