Someone's Proud of You (Even If No One's Said It)

Post 06: “Someone’s Proud of You (Even If No One’s Said It)”
Maybe no one told you today.
Or this week.
Or this year.
But someone’s proud of you.
For waking up even when you didn’t feel like it.
For showing up to work, to home, to life — with a tired heart.
For being kind when you could’ve snapped.
For being honest, even when it cost you.
For making it through things you never talk about.
You’ve done so many quiet, brave things.
Things no one claps for.
Things no one sees.
But they still count.
You still count.
You’ve carried so much — emotions, responsibilities, expectations — without dropping what matters most.
And even when you did drop it, you picked it back up.
You kept going.
You kept loving.
You kept trying.
That matters more than you know.
I don’t know what your finish lines look like right now —
but I want to honor the starting lines you’ve crossed.
The days you’ve survived.
The nights you’ve cried quietly.
The decisions you’ve made to keep choosing growth, grace, and goodness — even when it’s hard.
So if no one has looked you in the eye lately and said it plainly:
I’m proud of you.
You’re doing better than you think.
You’re becoming something beautiful.
And you’re allowed to feel that pride for yourself, too.
Breathe that in. Let it land. You don’t need permission to be proud. You’ve earned it. 💛
