Post 09: “How to Start Again (Even If It’s the 100th Time)”
Starting over doesn’t mean you failed.
It means you’re still trying.
And that matters more than you know.
Sometimes starting again feels like the most discouraging thing.
You think: “I’ve been here before. Why am I back at square one?”
But what if this isn’t square one?
What if this is square wiser, square braver, square softer than before?
Because every time you begin again, you bring more of yourself with you.
More honesty.
More strength.
More awareness of what you want and what you’ll never settle for again.
You’re not weak for needing a reset.
You’re human.
And maybe the courage isn’t in never falling — maybe it’s in the fact that you keep getting back up, even when it hurts.
So start again.
With shaky hands if you have to.
With tired eyes and an unsure heart.
Start small. Start messy. Start slow.
But start.
Even if it’s the 100th time.
Every restart is a declaration that you believe in more.
More life.
More healing.
More joy than what the last chapter gave you.
And you never have to apologize for that.
You are not broken — you’re in process.
You are not behind — you’re becoming.
So here’s your permission:
Take a deep breath.
Reset the story.
Try again.
And this time… let it be different.
Let it be softer.
Let it be yours.
